Construction Industry Protection Scheme - CIPQ: $14.5M paid out

Since the scheme began in Queensland there have been over 830 claims lodged and to date a total pay out of $4.5 mill. Among these claims are 190 rejected claims with the majority relating to members claiming portable sick leave days due to a lack of understanding of the scheme.
