Shortly after 30 June each year, CIPQ will send all participating employers a statement of the contributions paid during the previous 12 months.
Statements are posted to workers in February for the 6 months to 31 December and in August for the 6 months to 30 June.
The statements provide details to workers of the months for which contributions were paid by the employer and the dates those contributions were due.
It is critical that CIPQ is advised of any changes in an employer's address, business name, nature of business or contact details. Notification of any change can be made on the contribution return or by letter to Superpartners.
It is also critical that CIPQ is advised of any changes in circumstances that may affect the payment of benefits to workers. An incorrect or outdated address can prevent workers from receiving statements and other information about CIPQ. Therefore, it is important that workers ensure that their address is always current.
If the worker's name has changed a copy of a marriage certificate, deed poll or statutory declaration must be attached to the notification form returned to Superpartners.
